D25 diesel outboard is the first specially designed single-cylinder water-cooled diesel outboard in China. The engine adopts vertical shaft design, Monoblock cylinder structure, integrated manufacturing of cylinder block and cylinder head, and direct cooling by river water (seawater). The bollard pull and speed are equivalent to 25hp gasoline outboard, and the comprehensive fuel consumption saves more than 50% compared with gasoline outboard, featuring strong acceleration and overload capacity, low fuel consumption, long range, safe use and high reliability.
Meanwhile, it can also be equipped with gear ratio and propeller according to user's demand, which is especially suitable for aquaculture, fishery fishing, short-distance transportation and other purposes.

After the diesel engine starts, the vertical crankshaft drives the drive shaft in the lower part of the outboard through the rotating vertical crankshaft, which drives the propeller shaft through the bevel gear to rotate the propeller, thus realizing the power output. There is no need for a water tank, forced water cooling, river water (seawater) is taken directly from the lower part of the outboard, and both cooling water and diesel exhaust are discharged from the propeller side.
